Bored and Brilliant Challenge Week begins NOW!!

I signed up for this last week, loaded the app on my android phone, and I'm already much more aware of how often I pick up my phone each day.

Starting today New Tech City's Bored and Brilliant project will help you detach from your phone and spend more time thinking creatively. They partnered with the apps Moment and BreakFree for a week of challenges! All this week challenges will pop up in your New Tech City podcast feed (subscribe on iTunes, Stitcher, TuneIn, I Heart Radio, or via RSS). They'll begin by disrupting your everyday phone habits, build by finding you some lost free time, and end by sparking your creative thinking.
