August ScrapbookSteals Blog Hop

Time for a little Christmas in ..... August?
Well I think it is, or at least that was my first thought when I received my package of 7 Gypsies Vintage ATC for this month's ScrapbookSteal.com Blog Hop.

When I opened up my 7 Gypsies product the colors jumped right out at me. Sure I could take any of these cute tabs and pockets and add them in to any scrapbook I have but I thought it would be fun to do something a little different.

I grabbed a pocket, some ribbon, and a few other craft supplies and set about making a Christmas gift card pocket.

Rub on a little stamp ink to fade the edges, spray a touch of glitter for shine and tie it all off with a bow (or three).

The pocket holds a regular gift card with a little extra room and the side tag can be used to add a TO label later when I decide who gets this awesome creation!

I haven't seen many of the supplies they sent you to use. The atc holder has been in my possession for 5 yrs without being used. Argggg.

Love how you used the cards especially the gift card holder. Thanks for sharing.

We were each sent just the cards not the holder to work with. The holder is really neat for a standing display album. But you could even just use it for card storage!
